His central thesis, that the US has inherited the mantle of the Third Reich and is poised to accede to the Fourth, rests on less firm terrain. But the Germans did supply the Japanese at the the end of the European war with considerable quantities of U-235, enough so that its confiscation by Americans assisted in making Hiroshima possible when it occurred. He unnecessarily posits the survival of Hitler after the war in his first pages, which does not really help his case except for the most conspiratorially minded among us (I rate myself a 7 on the Conspiracy Scale).
He suggests that the Nazis not only had an active A bomb program but actually used them, albeit on a small scale. Why would they have had so much enriched weapons grade uranium unless they had a very serious program. This assertion doss strain credulity, for the same reasons we all should have surmised that Saddam Hussein did not have any WMDs when we ill-advisedly invaded Iraq; if he had had them, he surely would have used them to preserve his regime.
Marrs does a good job in the beginning of the book in linking German occultism with the Nazi movement, as well as the active cooperation of German and US bankers and industrialists. Still, Marrs does raise intriguing questions that may never be answered. All in all, a worthy addition to alternative versions of history book shelves.
But he goes on to show how Martin Bormann did survive and transfer the Nazi wealth and technology base to South America, the USA and hundreds of front companies in Europe. While I agree completely with all the capitalist ills that America has and is experiencing, the connections with Nazism seem to be linkages of like evil, rather than stemming from the same source.
For everyone who loved this book, check out his newest one, "The Sisterhood of the Rose" The Sisterhood of the Rose, which draws on much of the material in "Fourth Reich" but adds in lots more WW2 conspiracy theories and facts in the setting of a novel (his first).
Those who question the legalities and the ethics of these actions, are being told that they are against our country or the people that the government supposedly represents. Unfortunately, most people cannot understand the shadowy links between fascism and corporate power, the military, and our elected leaders." This book thoroughly covers the parallels between America's ruling elite and political leaders and Hitler, with his ideologies and beliefs. An absolutely amazingly true read. Every American should read it and know what is really happening behind secret, closed, White House doors. It clearly states facts about the "Shadow Government" that exists in the United States. I quote, "The Rise of the Fourth Reich reveals the truth about American power.reveals the frighteningly real possibility that today the United States is becoming the Fourth Reich, the continuation of an ideology thought to have been vanquished more than a half century ago. Without our freedoms, we are no longer a nation.I highly recommend this book. That's just what the Germans did with Hitler, and look where it got them." (quoted from page 371).
Times, dates, names, and actions are fully examined.Because of this Shadow Government, we have lost our rights. This book can best be summarized by quoting a few sentences from the inside cover. We live with daily media fear-mongering, which makes us give up more of our rights and cause us to beg for help from Father Government. More freedoms lost. I'm amazed at the information packed into this must-read book.
We are now living with unprovoked wars of aggression and curtailment of individual liberties. And still we cry, "Government will save us and protect us." That isn't true. I'm surprised it was allowed to be published.Jan Americans are under constant surveillance, tracked from birth to death. We are even called Terrorists if we disagree or question those who are supposed to be representing we, the people. The Constitution lost. National Socialism never died, but rather its hideous philosophy is alive and active in modern America.
We have given up all our freedoms for supposed safety from an unseen enemy. Either we have the right to democratic dissent and criticism of these policies or we all lie down and let the leader, the Fuehrer, do what is best, while we follow uncritically, and obey whatever he comands. This books sites specific horrible acts of our own government. "Such opposition should be called what it really is: democracy, or democratic dissent, or having a critical perspective about what your leaders are doing.
The evidence presented is voluminous and startling, but like many books in this genre, it leaves more questions than it answered. Also recommended: Rule By Secrecy, Fingerprints of the Gods, Catch-22 Marrs is a good writer writing a good read. My only criticism of this book is that it makes it difficult to draw a conclusion.
Where did all that money come from. He gives history on many of the major players as well as many you are not aware of all in the important fields of banking,as well as the pharmaceutical, petrochemical, educational businesses.Power, control and profit. who really hated Kennedy.start reading. Who financed Hitler. your eyes will be opened. It is a thoroughly eye opening explanation of the key aspect and players that are shaping our world today, and how they are all interconnected. He covers important areas, including the connections and interconnections of corporations and the people in them, as well as how they are each involved in the policies and changes in today's government. You won't put this book down.
It (as they say ) "names names". The Vatican "ratlines".mid control. Who developed the atomic bomb first. Sadly the title of the book might put off people who think of it as weird conspiracy. Water fluoridation.
Who financed the communists. That is what it is about, and he shows you the hows, whys and the interconnections. While Jim traces the origins of many of today's operating philosophies to the occult leadership of the third Reich, it may be more important for people to see the intertwining and integrated actions that are in our world today.Interested in the origins of Ritalin., The current school system. It isn't to be read so much for the connection to the Nazi philosophy, as to see how the people, families, finances, personal connections, philosophies and actions of the leadership of the world today can be traced back to WWII and before. Where did all that money go.Everyone should read this book. It is not.
